We go through medical convoys to remote and dangerous mountainous areas to bring health closer to those living in the mountainous and poor, fragile areas. We support them through medical examinations, early examinations, diabetes, and blood pressure tests, and also the distribution of free medicines. Giving also includes distributing clothes and gift for children Each convoy includes a program to raise health awareness about the harms of diabetes, blood pressure, and obstetrics and gynecology through specialists in gynecology, nutrition, ophthalmology, and many specialties.

During the earthquake that struck the Al Haouz Province in Morocco, we worked in 24-hour volunteer camps, which lasted 10 days of volunteer work. We provided first aid to the injured and distributed medicines to those who needed them. We live every minute the joy of giving with the company of residents who welcome us and receive us with a smile and a warm reception for the charitable volunteer efforts we make.Many volunteers from all over the world of all races and backgrounds participated in the volunteer health operations of the Healing and Hope Convoys.
